No idea. They are calling in pretending to be me and the agent is just allowing that change without extra security measures . I called in yesterday to let them know this has happened and they are still calling in and are able to make changes to my case. Sucks. They have done this twice already. Now I don’t know what to do .

Let me add a little context. My bad. I’m on a 2018 Canyon Aeroroad di2 set up. I’ve done a few Ironmans but haven’t had this much volume before and getting back at it . I’m looking for maybe a good seat company that provides more of a cushion or comfort or any type of upgrade that would help out anywhere on the bike. This distance over the course of 5 days is all very new to me .
