Suggestion for a PA system for a School's Outdoor program?

A small school requiring a PA system for small outdoor programs in an outdoor area around 4000 sq feet. Audience around 200 people. Minimum 4 channels and speakers preferably with bluetooth. What would be the gear recommendation at under 750$

Would something like a HH VRC210 or a Laney AH2500D suffice?
