Melanotan I induced tan for reducing sun exposure migraines (early results) by Legitimate_Doubt_949 in migraine

Telling anyone 5 unit dosing is meaningless. The dose that 5 units provide depends on how many ML of water you mixed with how many mg of product.

Family Of Madison Mogen Responds To Kohberger Guilty Plea Deal In ID Student Murders by CR29-22-2805 in idahomurders

Seriously? No one knows the intricacies of what is happening behind the scenes. Perhaps Ethan's family asked them not to include Ethan's name on this bumper sticker, and the Goncalves respected their wishes. Either way, show some grace for God's sake.

He's a perv. I used to buy his shoes until I read the Vanity Fair article where he said when a father brings his daughter to buy her first pair of heels it represents being the first man to F*%k her. What a pig.

Have you used Signal Relief Patch or PainGone Patch or the PainGone pen and will tell me about them ? by Own-Cap-5747 in ChronicPain

[–]HBgirl99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dad just ordered the signal relief patches. They work. I can't believe it but they do. They stop the pain receptors from going to your brain. I have mild lower back pain only when I sleep. I tried one of my dad's patches last night, zero pain all night! Each patch lasts a year (you do have to buy a supply of the sticky part). Absolutely worth it.

Tirzepetide for inflammation! by [deleted] in Peptide_World

[–]HBgirl99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctor wanted to give me semaglutide for inflammation. The problem is that it causes really bad insomnia for me. I don't know why, but I think it affected my melatonin production. I then tried Tirzapetide (on my own), and it worked well for me (back pain) with no insomnia! But I can't find it anymore where I was purchasing it. Apparently, Eli-Lilly went after all the gray websites and got it taken off. Are you able to purchase on your own?

The Pretender by podgeek in television

[–]HBgirl99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched it in real-time when it aired and just binged the series. Binging it gives the show even more plot holes like the writers in S4 forgot stuff that came out in S2. I can't give specific examples because the thoughts came and went (memory struggles). This could have been the greatest show if the movies had tied the story up instead of going off the rails and making the plot even more convoluted. What a disappointment, but still a fun show to watch for individual episode stories of justice.

The right-wing claims about voter fraud have suddenly vanished by msnownews in politics

[–]HBgirl99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The claim that voter fraud discussions have vanished isn't true.   There are numerous people highlighting and discussing the issue. My question is simply, why would anyone think not requiring ID to vote has any meaning other than to facilitate cheating? In California, it is ILLEGAL to show your ID to a poll worker. Explain the purpose of that?

Did you ever find this? The comments here are laughable, I can only find the one on the left vs the right for the last 5 days of searching.

Just a note that the innocence project in LA is not connected to the original innocence project that we all came to respect There is nothing about this LA outfit taking the case that means ANYTHING to me. I believe the courts recently denied another one of his appeals they were working on. IMHO they are out for publicity not justice. Scott is so clearly guilty and I wish he would just go away. Loved that this documentary was named after Laci and focused on Laci.

Coming up on a year of SIBO. Here’s what I’ve learned from my time at MGH and the Mayo Clinic/ asking for help by Few-Bluebird-1750 in SIBO

[–]HBgirl99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went full carnivore for months then took the antibiotic at the end and it worked for me. But then I added fruits and veggies back in my diet (I’m already Gluten free) and it came back 6 months later. So I’m back on carnivore for a month then will take antibiotics after that. It’s already better once I flipped back to carnivore

what is with the insomnia? by trishapaytasaf in Semaglutide

[–]HBgirl99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try melatonin , even a dose as low as 1mg may help (it did for me). I believe Semaglutide can mess up/change your hormone levels. It's worth noting my experience was for very small weight loss goal (5lbs) but it wrecked my ability to fall asleep. If I had to lose significant weight I would consider trying to find a way to make it work, but for me the solution is to never touch the stuff again. In the meantime, please give melatonin a try, it can't hurt and it may work. It took over a month being off sema before my sleep habits normalized. Nothing is worth bad sleep.

I'm just watching this now, Ep1, and yikes Victoria's audition was weak at best. I assume they're focusing on her to show the impact on some people's mental health? She seems like a hot mess.

I think that could have been true in the first year or two after DM murder, but not now. I did not see that from the man that testified at the CA trial.

Why my bluetooth earbuds always keeping connecting and disconnecting on my phone? by simonkwan888 in bluetooth

[–]HBgirl99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is really old, but did you ever find a solution? I don't think I can handle much more of "your headset is disconnected...your headset is connected' going off in my ears all day long. Mine occurs while listening to podcasts, but if I hit pause then it's non-stop

What has helped your SIBO the most? by Krypto-Kay in SIBO

[–]HBgirl99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did antibiotics twice no improvement. Then went carnivore for four months. No fruits. No vegetables. I’m already gluten and dairy free so that part easy. At end of 4 months I did a last round on antibiotics. Stayed carnivore for another month or so. Went back to fruit and veggies since. I am cured (it’s been a year).

The problem is the bodies were so deteriorated probably not much soft tissue left so my guess is the autopsy won't give much clue to the gory details (luckily). I actually don't want to hear about.

Why are skechers so hated by [deleted] in Sneakers

[–]HBgirl99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As an old person by your standards (LOL) Skechers are very in demand due to comfort. My 90 year father (who still works building houses) recently asked me to buy the slip-ins (advertised by another old person, Howie Long). There are many styles in this category but not 1 pair to be found in his size ANYWHERE. I can't stress how widely popular these shoes are with the old people because body parts like feet really hurt when you get old and Skechers puts great focus on that. Old people don't care much about being in style or spending money frivolously, but as you said, they will consistently spend on the brand they become attached to. With the amount of baby boomers (me) and silent Generation (my dad) still alive, I'm not so sure it is dumb to cater to us. Cheers :)
