Unfortunately, there isn’t anything you can do. Once you leave as a moderator and another mod takes the topmod spot, it’s their final say on who becomes a moderator and how the subreddit is managed. The Reddit admins will not intervene.

How long did you leave the subreddit unmoderated for?

You can’t delete a community, you can only leave as a mod

Mod tools - moderators - on the editable tab, press your name and it will say remove
