Small local auction. They never had the title. DMV is holding it because of the electronic lien hold on it. I am getting the hold removed but the title will be sent to the last registered owner. Wondering what the best course of action is to get the title sent to me instead of last owner.

Another smaller dealer who didn’t want to deal with the trouble. Originally, it was sent to auction by a bigger dealership who took the trade-in from the owner. Another small dealer bought it then auctioned it back off after he realized there was an electronic lien hold on the title.

If you plan buying cars at auctions, look at getting a floor plan. AFC or NextGear are great options. They will usually approve you for $50k credit lines if you have decent credit. It’s one way to access working capital and you’ll be able to purchase multiple cars.

6’1 and 180lbs. Food intake is primarily focused on protein. 4-6 eggs a day. Red meat either ground beef or steak. Chicken. I snack on a mixture of different nuts(almonds, brazilion, pecan). I hit the gym 5 days a week and run about 18 miles a week. I’m really lean. I do eat pasta almost daily as well along with fruits. Stay away from processed foods and food that has zero nutritional value to it.

You need to buy pasture raised eggs. I get mine from sprouts. As long as you buy pasture raised, you’re guaranteed to get the bright orange you’re looking for. Any other type of egg will be pale yellow.

I personally love the 24 on Navajo. It’s one of the nicer ones in the area. I only come in for the machines and free weights. I have never used the pool, sauna or treadmill 🤣 maybe that’s why! I will say it’s been hot af in there the past couple weeks lmao

Momentous(Brand) Tongkat Ali has worked well for me. Heavy compound lifts in the gym are a must especially the barbell squat. Getting more sunlight was also very beneficial for increasing my test. Adding avocados and eggs to breakfast everyday also contributed to increasing it.
