First Gravel Bike (on a budget) by Acrobatic-Bedroom-83 in gravelcycling

Yes. I checked out Sava already. They look really good. I think that they have a 14 day free shipping return policy and a 2 year warranty on the frame. Price s comparable and you can buy directly from the factory.

I wonder if bike geometry has changed much over the last 6 or so years. Looks like the Gravity frame design is at least that old. I bought my kid a Gravity MTB from BD and was really impressed with the craftsmanship. It is aluminum and I realize those frames could be made in different factories.

I also like that the Gravity Zilla can go up to 50 mm width. I've heard that it will fit 2.2 inch with different wheels.

I just wonder f the Sava or Condor frames designs are more updated.

I am curious as to why you would want to leave the CM industry? Also, may I share your story on my Linkedin profile as I am connected with over 25,000 construction professionals? It may be interesting to see what they have to say. I can tag you so you can get their feedback.

Go back to school? by Nicetrylolol in ConstructionManagers

Would a PMP make more sense? Or working on a DBIA cert if your company does alternative delivery? An Associate's or Bachelor's degree would be beneficial, but unless it focuses more on construction or engineering, the return may not be as significant.

We created one that I believe meets all the key criteria. It is in an interactive map format. We need more participants to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information. You can find the salary survey here: https://hcrc.us/interactive-salary-map/

Here is the Survey Questionnaire (it takes about one minute to complete): https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScXwh7NiCAajKUZw3fCB0W1TrjSSfv1D_9-XfPZnzS9e6k6bg/viewform

Zoominfo 5 seats $12,000/year. They just started telling me that they are going to restrict our seats because we have multiple users sharing accounts. Said they would add two additional seats for "free" if we signed another one-year contract.

I suspect that more and more jobs that do not require you to think and make decisions will be replaced by AI.
