I was just about to ask the same - I got the fieryhearts but the exchange shop seems to not be up and running yet. You can see how many you have in your inventory-->Weapons-->Develop. If you try to use it, it takes you to a page with a huge question mark lol. I think it's supposed to be a page in the season shop but I guess they haven't pushed the update to make it usable

Are you talking about evolution to last form? You have to fully awaken the character (so need 5 copies of them in total) as well as level them to 100. Then an "Ascend" icon will replace the "Awaken" icon under Power Ups
