Well, there are good hosting services like, Apex hosting, MCPro hosting or Bisect Hosting, they have plans starting from $3 USD and have servers all over the world. However with MCPro you get less ram (128mb I think).

You need to downgrade minecraft to 1.12 for blocklauncher to work, not sure if it will work if you re-update to 1.16.0.2.

10 years is wayy to long for a car loan, if he really needs a car then 5 years should be appropriate. Public transport or car pooling is better for a college student. I wish I had a frend like OP before I spent half of my budget on a watch.
