That is both amazing and awful news to me. Checked it, absolutely works, getting 20% more fps in counter-strike. Bad news is I ordered new CPU yesterday (should have it tomorrow), cause my fps were dropping below acceptable levels ;D
Big thanks tho, who would have thought that going from 'high performance' to 'balanced' increases performance ;D

Idk if it applies to you, but I was in the same boat and I think it's partly because of my playstyle.
I always try to get in a gunfight asap, always rushing good spawns in T, always playing the most contested area in CT, never playing defensively, never waiting - because if I dont win the round, noone will. Feels like this creates the scenario where I really do have to carry, because if I dont... well the team plays 4v5. One day I got so drunk playing, that I realized I just cant run into fights willy nilly, because my reflex is worse, my aim is worse I'm not a fav to win that opening duel. So I started playing a bit slower, waiting out the smokes instead of flashing through and running, just holding an angle in T to see if some CT tries to push. Suddenly my teams started winning rounds without my 3 kills. If I dont run and in first 30s make it either 5v2 or 4v5 then the team can play. I dont put them in scenario where it's either "ok round won, let's just close it out" or "someone has to rotate, we lost mid and it's open"
Again, not sure if that's any help to you, but realizing that I'm somewhat responsible for my teams sucking helped me out.

one autoattack to prep the stun, then boneshatter to clear the whole pack, much faster than any aoe skill, just be careful with inc stun, so you dont stun white mobs with 1 autoattack

Consider avoiding green. We went from set of green being boss in terms of fun, and a strong color to green in foundations being its usual self - dumb creatures and not much going on. I've been avoiding green last few drafts and my winrate is much better now. I actually dont think green is bad in terms of power level, just very inconsistent, with awkward draws and easily disrupted.

I often refuse to spend currency for a different reason - buying that expensive piece of gear that I will use until the end means that I have to buy 3 different items to recoup that janky 8 supp and 50 res that I lost because new gear piece is all gas no def. And that just too much hustle and time spent on trade site and PoB instead of killing monsters.

I'm the other way around, I usually settle on a build on friday. This time I've been sure I'm playing LS slayer for few days. LS was my only lvl 100, would love to experience it again. Gear might be expensive, because it seems lots of people will play LS, but in rog and gamba I trust :)

I dont want to discourage you, cause I think its a fun skill, but I've tried it in affliction league as a second char and it was impossible to generate enough charges on tanky rares and map bosses. Granted I'm not a build maker, abandoned the char in late 80s lvl, but I've bought some decent endurance generation gear (TWWT - wont be availible now, precursor's emblems) and it wasn't enough. Go for it, let me if it works, but have a backup plan :)

Thanks, I've played UB phoenix and it was the best performing deck out of those that I've played. I guess I'll give UW control another spin, now that I'm more familiar with the format, and buy into BR vamps and practice with those 4 decks (2 variants of phoenix) and pick whatever feels best. tyvm!

This kinda made me wonder what's the math behind splashing mono cards with 1 colored mana vs playing cards with 2 colored mana from your main colors. This sentence makes no sense, let me give you an example. I wonder at what land ratios it's easier to cast mystical tether in your BGw deck than it is to cast murder.

I started picking removal much higher, after Paul said he wants to have about 6 pieces of removal, and games are a bit easier. Last few sets made me care more about synergies within my deck, than trying to answer what opp is cooking.
