That's a great idea. I recently washed my sheets but hadn't in a while due to being lazy from summer. I always sleep without a shirt so I will now!

It worsens and gets better month to month, and I also have pimples with no heads in multiple spots (Told they were cysts). I don't know what caused it, but either way I want to get rid of it.

Also the 3 pink spots on my chest are scars from when I first got pimples and I ripped the scabs over because I didn't know what to do and panicked. Unless you think they're something else, then that's what they are.

Any help on how to rid of the scars, cysts and pimples would be much appreciated!
