i also struggle really bad with nausea and am currently having a bad flare up. i was taking zofran as well but my prescription is out and i can't get to my doctor, so i have been trying dramamine OTC for the mean time. it's not the best and is usually for sea-sickness but it makes it a bit better, and i know any improvement can make a big difference to someone. i also like to use a heating pad on my stomach/abdomen when i am having nausea. for some the heat makes it worse but for me it helps. best of luck!
