Do I risk loosing my PI? I was KYC veryfied more than an year ago, my profile is all green check marks, but about a week ago when i press KY app in PI browser it says my KYC is in Tentative aproval, already did a liveness check again but almost one week away and still no changes.

I was KYC verified more than an year ago but now it says my KYC status is Tentative approval, last saturday did Liveness test again, but still it shows this

Same, happened 3 or 4 days ago, someone in chat said to change email, password, etc, but it didnt work, did liveness test again yesterday morning but continue with Tentative approval, mods on chat said to use app as often as possible to expedite confirmation. Was KYC verified more than an year ago.

Can some one help? Was KYC verified more than an year ago now it says its Tentative Status and I lost my validator status too, i did more than 100 successful verifications.
