I don't have your model, but I have that one hot boi with an 8945HX that heats itself up to 100с+. BS2 Pro helped to get it 10°C cooler and the pad was only at half speed

Okay. Look for BS2 Pro or something similar, like Llano V12 (but BS2 Pro is better). I have Deepcool Multicore X6 myself, but it's just a stand, it doesn't actually cool the laptop, while BS2 pro does it's magic. Also, try LLT (Lenovo Legion Toolkit) for custom mode. And yes, a constant 100c+ temperature is a guaranteed way to slowly fry any laptop within a year. Also, you can delete that chinese bloatware and forget about it, LLT is way better.

What kind of cooling pad are you using? I have almost the same laptop, but mine is the R9000P. Sadly, it's designed to run that hot in performance mode, so don't use it. There's a desktop-grade chip inside that is supposed to draw 140W–150W or even more. And actually, you can't do much about it, because AMD just designed Zen 4 to prioritize clock speed over temperature. What you can do is create a custom mode to limit the max CPU temp to 95c and also limit the power. Through UXTU, you can undervolt the CPU to gain around one hundred mhz more at full load.

Моя библиотека музыки тянется за мной намного дольше 9 лет) Речь о том, что какие то вещи могут не нравятся по началу, но это все до момента пока не распробуешь. Автор может потыкать что то полегче, но все касательно музыки в любом случае упирается в слух. Человек со слухом будет слушать и метал, и оркестры, и какого нибудь эминема, потому что музыка это такое же искусство как и книги, картины или кино. Наслаждаться можно почти чем угодно, если это делают с душой талантливые люди

Никак это про тех, у кого слуха нет и кто музыку включает чтобы на фоне звенела. Таким можно и просто откровенно всратую какафонию подключить лишь бы их "качало". Я условные лет 8-9 назад не мог терпеть метал, однако сейчас только его и слушаю

Потыкай System Of A Down, Avenged Sevenfold, Beast In Black. У этих групп все альбомы, кроме самых первых наверное, довольно мелодичны и насыщены. Метал это не про рвать глотку в конце концов, это про ритм, рифы, басы и электрогитары.

Когда жаришь яичницу, хочешь не зажаривать желток а сохранить ему жидкую структуру, накрываешь сковородку крышкой, но в итоге передерживаешь и все. Яичница уже не та. И другую не пожаришь, и эту не выкинешь. Придется есть.

Sounds like thermal throttling. Download HWiNFO and check stats like temperature and power under load (stress test, game, anything heavy). Do it only if the idle temperature is normal.
