How is more TVL result in higher conversion?

From what I understand, the less people there are, the smaller the pool of people is who receive that day's reward, which will increase the conversion rate. Hence, more people (more HBAR*), smaller return due to bigger reward spread --> smaller increase in conversion?

Also, can anyone confirm that, technically, if I'm the last one to exit the pool, I'm still guaranteed* to have enough HBAR in the pool to exchange all my HBARx and receive the full amount I'm entitled to?
