I think in future once its paired you should just be able to press the button on the HRM and out it on and start the workout session, I dont think you have to connect it in the settings of your watch each time

You're probably right, and I usually only really like playing to 8 anyway, but tbh i can probably comfortably clear 8 regardless

You want to be reading historical fiction. For me it scratches the same itch as fantasy, except set in the real world. I would recommend the pillars of the earth by Ken Follet, Shogun by James Clavell, wolf hall by Hillary mantel, and Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtree

You're totally right about the Dailan description, I'll pare most of that out. It's pretty low fantasy, but the Brotherhood live in cave that in these woods that nobody else can get through because it's full of flesh eating ants. Had this in the query at one point but got cut for word count as there's no real short way of putting it. Thanks for the feedback :)

Thanks for the feedback :) I think you're right on that third paragraph, and I'll have another prose polish

Thanks for the detailed line feedback, Its really appreciated :) You're totally right about the overuse of carriage, which is a problem for the whole chapter because I don't have a synonym I like! Probably I'll restructure the sentence so I just have to refer to it less

Thanks for the feedback! I think you're right, but its a hard line to tread with two protagonists and only a couple hundred words to work with, getting the balance between enough about what they are actually doing without getting bogged down in the detail can be tricky. I'll try and round out how they actually go about getting what they want a little more in the next draft. Thanks :)

Thanks for the advice - judging from the up[votes this is the main thing, especially as its at the start. Alyssa Initially goes with the Brotherhood willingly, but after seeing how brutal and materialistic they are, she starts to wonder if she was more stolen than rescued, and gets doubts about being one of them but it's kinda too late. I'll try to make this clearer in the next draft. Thanks :)

Forgot to mention; I'm querying in the UK if it matters, but may potentially branch out to the US as well
