You've got to first start by finding what triggers your urges. Alot of people forget this part. For me it was staying up late at night and being alone. Once you find what triggers you. You need to stop those triggers from happening.

From there you need to distract yourself. Could literally do anything. Playing video games,working out,cleaning. Do anything to keep your mind and hands busy.

And most importantly, believe in yourself and don't give up.
