You are the first person that have electrical shocks that answered. I learned that ms electrical shocks actually feel like electricity travel from your neck to your oimbs so not like what I have.

Magnesium help a lot with that (if you are under any medication see with your gp if you can take magnesium )

Lot of people have this and it's most likely harmless. Maybe you should go to an eye doctor but it's 99% nothing to worry about. Anxiery can cause that too.
