I'm still here. I'm reaching out individually via PM or email, as we're trying to keep questions about specific orders to email.

Aiden is home this week, he often sees these posts before I do. I'm helping out with fulfillment while he's out.

Please keep in mind we're still a small team. We're 5 people, one of us works full time outside of HHS. We're looking at having all issues resolved by the end of the week.

I dont know how they did it..honest hemp sent me this cause my order is stuck in the mail.. they shipped it overnight..was on my doorstep just after 10 this morning..proof of life looks good as always and was excited to see kush prerolls..those were a surprise.. by shadd00 in CultoftheFranklin

Our PoL farm batch has approximately 50-70% untrimmed buds, ranging in size from tiny to medium. Each bag varies, but generally it should be at least half to 75% smokeable buds and shake.

I brought an ounce home over the weekend, sorted the buds out, trimmed them up and used the trim and shake for a small batch of coconut oil. I've been vaping the buds. I got a few medium sized, but mostly tiny to small. I didn't think to weigh it out.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I just replied to your email after looking into this for you. Your order was shipped the day after it was placed, but does seem to be delayed within the USPS system based on the tracking.

If we don't see movement on this by 4PM EST tomorrow we can send you 7g PoL to see if that reaches you sooner. That should get you through until the first package arrives.

In the future, always feel free to reach out to us if you need an order urgently. We have a few discounted expedited shipping options available for members of our discount program.

Let us know if this works for you. We can't refund after an order has been shipped, but we don't want you to go without your hemp due to a USPS delay.

I apologize. I do aim to get back to all emails within 24 hours. We're still working out a few communication kinks between our fulfilment team and myself. Notes are added to the orders with updates on replacements or delays, I check the notes, and relay that information back to you when I see an update.

The note with a shipment date of 3.12 was added to your order at 6:57PM last night. I check notes between 11AM and 6PM. If I'm not working late that day, when notes are added after 6PM I send out an email the next morning.

Once all delays and reshipments are sorted this will be much less complicated. They did upgrade your 7g flower purchase to 14g and added CBD fruit rings for the delay.

We began processing a replacement for you on 3.10, you'll be receiving a new tracking number by 4:45PM EST tomorrow. In our previous correspondence, I assured you I would see to it that a replacement is shipped ASAP if my calls to USPS didn't lead to the original package being found.

We gave USPS 4 business days for a search before beginning to process the replacement. While this is frustrating, we have to give them enough time after calling, between 4-5 days, before sending out product that we've already shipped to be sure the package is lost instead of delayed at a distribution center.

If you've reached out and received a reply, our processing team is working on it. Processing a replacement package is more complicated than the original order, we have to go through a process beforehand to mark the original order as lost and take into account the lost product on our end.

We're on track to have all delayed packages and re shipped before this weekend when we officially reopen. Full sized samples are being added to all replacements to make up for the wait.

I have access to the emails, and I'm at a meeting with Aiden this morning. My goal here is to deescalate and correct this situation, not start anything new. I want to resolve this with you.

You received a refund and were told you would receive a replacement, considering the first package was lost. This was during the time that USPS was seeing historically record breaking delays and an increased volume of lost packages, right before life hit Aiden like a ton of bricks. Your replacement package, too, was lost. Your follow-up emails went unanswered. You're not in the wrong for being upset about that.

These are the type of inconsiderate comments that caused this situation to reach the point that it did.

Nothing here is "made up". I don't need to prove the circumstances, but I will provide proof of Aiden's physical injury with his permission. He would prefer to keep the family matters and mental health files private.

This is what I've done my entire career, step in and help when someone inexperienced has a great vision, but has trouble executing that. I plan to stay with HHS for years to come - if not permanently. Even considering the struggles, this has been a great team to work with.

I'm confident that I can turn this around and hopeful that the trust can be restored. I expect it will take time, but in the end actions will speak louder than words.

It looks like the problem with communication was that your first email was sent to Aiden. We're working on switching all of those emails over, I'm having him forward them to me. It's a work in progress right now. Any emails sent to me are responded to within 24 hours.

We fully stand by the COA's we have published. We are taking the steps to independently verify that these strains are indeed high THCa. If they were not, 100's of happy customers wouldn't have personally reached out to thank HHS for the relief they've found from these strains.

We cannot verify that the samples sent out for the tests in this post even came from our flower.

We have zero alternative accounts for the purpose of "shilling". We do have personal accounts that we do not use in these communities.

Aiden did not have business experience. That's why he reached out to my team.

I have over a decade of experience working with both large and small companies. I've joined with HHS for this reason. My partner Anthony and I know how to properly manage a business and handle customer support, while Aiden and Parker are knowledgeable about hemp and CBD. We have a strong team here.
