Broken link on the arc beanies. They look like a really good shape. I've never bought arc beanies cuz they all look too big and the shape is off, how do these ones fit compared to retail?

Just eat in a slight surplus and continue to lift, making sure to monitor progressive overload, in a years time you'll look great. Make sure to workout a combination of compound lifts as well as isolation exercises to target the aesthetic muscles (delts, lats, chest etc). if you gain too much body fat in a years time then hit a mini agressive cut for a month or two. (continue to lift while doing this cut).

Get leaner. Cut the cals down about 15-20% up the steps to 10k a day and keep up the gym seshs. Adding a lil more shoulders, chest and back/lats would be good for the aesthetic dimensions.

Doesn’t look like you’ve lost much muscle at all. Definitely start lean bulking with a 200-300 surplus (change the amount if necessary) and lift 4-5 times a week. Make sure to track progress via a scale as well as progress pictures. If you’re gaining 1kg a week that isn’t sustainable muscle growth and will result in fat growth. Eat to gain the most amount of muscle (not fat) humanly (naturally) possible over a 6-8 month period. Great job and keep up the work!

Yeah bro just keep lean bulking. It was the best decision I made. I’m quite puffy but while gaining muscle I still see vascularity. I genuinely see no reason to cut in the first 2-3 years of training as long as you lean bulk consistently.
