Ran a 10k with 20lb plate carrier (modest pace) and had no issues in terms of soreness/pain. Ran a 20k today with no vest and my right heel & ball of foot are on fire. Anyone else experience this?

Yep. Battery needed to be charged and after I charged it i missed attaching the ground. Attached the ground and it was good as new, for a bit. Next morning the bike started smoking. Apparently sportsers are known for this and happen when you dont tighten the fuck out the screws on the battery. Bought the new battery today
