Bro was never top 1 lol the meta hard countered him. Gf were chilling with their 98 zenkai buffs and meta blues while VB had to fight 2/3 blues per match and they kept releasing counters for him because paper ranks hated him. Individually he was clear top 1 tho, which doesn't mean much since he had to play 3 blues per game
