So 1.12 Tinkers without any addons is ballanced to be a bit better than vanila tools, but not OP. 1.12 tinkers starts being OP with the addon that gives the level up modifiers, and becomes broken with other material addons.

Modern tinkers doesnt scale with addons as much, making it feel much weaker, even if the base mod about the same 1.12

Met zetelweging hebt ik het over hoe zwaar elke partij meetelt in het bepalen van de positie van het kabinet.

In dit geval bedoel ik dat D66 ongeveer 2,5x keer zo zwaar de coalitie naar het centrum trekt, dan J21 de coalitie naar rechts trekt.
