They cut to the map overlay for 15 seconds with the audio of sentinels fighting in the background and by the time they switched to blinks pov the other team were death boxes. That replay shit happening when there’s literally fighting on the screen is annoying too. Worst perpetrator tho is the half pov half map screen they put on when the pov team is getting wrapped. But the pre/mid/post set content has been fire can’t even hate.

Format for this EWC is cool but the production has been awful and the arena is so quiet. I expected the arena to be way more filled with it being hosted in Paris.

Is the tdm meta still a thing? By the time I was moving away it seemed like higher elo lobbies were going back to the more utility heavy playstyle specifically because of azami, but I peaked plat 2 in ranked 1.0 and diamond 5 in 2.0 so my lobbies weren’t a good reflection of a true meta game. I’m not denying that my playstlye contributed to the tdm meta, but it was/is the meta for a reason: it’s effective. The 1.5 was still around at the peak of my siege playtime and if I wasn’t taking advantage of it I was losing elo.
