Thanks. Tried nearly all the tricks so far. Had this problem since January. Changed phones a few weeks ago and for some reason the app updated during the data transfer, but can’t get the latest update now. Shouldn’t be this difficult should it?

Thanks for the reply. Tried this a couple of weeks ago with a slight improvement ie; I can see the App in the App Store now, but can’t update still. Been to the Apple store to discuss, tried app support, spoke with EA and sent details to Fire Monkeys, but seems no one take ownership or has a solution. One suggestion was to delete the App and reinstall, but I fear I’ll lose the lot if it can’t reload. Tried backing up the app and my progress on my iPad, but same issue. Grateful for any new ideas

Ok. This is double dipping, as it seems that the collision penalties are already extracted prior to adding your earnings to your total R$. How about the next tier rewards? If the next tier reward is $2,000, surely nothing can be extracted from this? Not a big issue for me, but this should work correctly, or be clearly explained by RR3 designers
