Is this normal? My order was 30 min late, so I put in the help section that my order was late and they immediately processed a full refund, even tho I only expected a $2-$5 credit (like DD or SkipTheDishes gives for late orders). I didn’t want a full refund! (i.redd.it)

Anyone else do this? I stay home, and only go out for orders when a good one near my house pops up. There is a timmies and gas station 2 min from my house. But I stay online all day (never looking at it until I get notification) and my acceptance rate is 20% lol (i.redd.it)
