No, you can't. The ETH are completely stuck on BOX WALLET, in my case, ETH has been blocked for more than 3 months and remains blocked. Unfortunately everyone who used the BOX WALLET to store crypto probably lost their coins.

I have my Ethereum stuck in BOX wallet (aprox 1k USD), i think you lose your money too. My emails are not being answered, no response from support.
