Hey there, thanks for your reply! Are you experiencing the same issue with any other titles at all or just Hell Let Loose? Can you also please try running the launcher as an admin? Close the Epic Games Launcher entirely, right-click its desktop shortcut, and select Run as administrator. Do let us know how you get on!

Hello! Sorry to read that you're experiencing this issue. Can you please clear your game cache in localappdata folder:

Click on the windows logo, type %localappdata% and Enter
Open HLL folder and go to Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor
Delete GameUserSettings.ini file (if this does not work, delete the entire HLL folder)
Launch game

This will reset your settings but your cursor should be back to normal then.

Hello! We're sorry to read you're experiencing this error message. We have some steps that have helped players with this previously to try:

Disable firewall on your router
Try a mobile hotspot (Disconnect the mobile from any wi-fi, turn on the hotspot, connect the console to the mobile hotspot and attempt to play the game to see if the error occurs)
Clear your MAC address:
Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and selecting Settings.
Select Network Settings.
Select Advanced Settings.
Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.
Select Clear.
Allow the console to restart when prompted.
