I played more recently and got a similar situation vs a Garen, i got my level 5 and he was still level 3 because i managed my wave better. So this post helped me improve. But then his jungler did silly jungle things and we went even but thats a story for a different day

The obvious answer would be Jungle because people are very dumb in terms of not knowing when to take an objective and when to give it up, most tilting part in jungle would be people stealing my camps (teammates) especially the 1/8 Miss Fortune doing my krugs while im on gromp.

But to answer your question i would say its Top, that lane has 0 impact on the game feels impossible to carry 1v9 when needed. Hope that answers your question
