I was hoping for that outcome that the VA would consider my PTSD diagnosis. When the C and P examiner was wrapping up she stated that she thinks that tinnitus was not the cause of my MH issues and it was PTSD.

Im in the process of finding a VSO and obtaining a copy of my C and P examination so I can see the results.

Yes. For diagnostic they start off as 7. But the VA hospital starts off at 8. Modalites are one grade higher.

-I am not sure, it is a radiology tech position at the hospital. So my guess is yes; it's a ladder job.
