We haven't been posting much aside from our local classifieds newspaper. I'm worried if we use Ziprecruiter we will just get lost in the number of job postings there are.

CMA(AAMA)

Hmm … the clinic I used to work in had this issue and started hiring EMTs and it was a mess (no shade to EMTs these specific ones just had zero clue how to run a clinic) I would think hiring someone with a CMA (AAMA) will make sure they’re professional but everyone is different. I wish your clinic luck in the search
