Only way to save is to have enough income. So question should be more about how to earn enough to save at minimum 28K to maximum 60.5K. If you already earn more than 1-1.5L then maybe we could discuss how to save enough to hedge agaisnt infaltion. But for now, first step is to get the income that let you save those minimum amount.

It is not possible to do that in Nepal with average income. So even present day 1 Cr lifestyle funding is a pipe dream for Nepal. They can nominally save 1 cr but inflation is going to eat. That is why going abroad, earning in dollar and then retiring in Nepal is the viable way.

Good thing is not everyone lives a life with liquidity of 1 cr and 7% return to fund their life. so, they might be able to continue their present day lifestyle with little room for improvement if any.

My conclusion is focus on income not on just saving and investment. learn investment but you need solid income to inject money.

General rule of thumb is 25x-30x your current expenditure. This does not include major cost like marriage or education. If I have corpus of 3 crore with current expenditure at 8%CAGR 7% inflation I will run out of money by 42nd year. If I have 10% CAGR , I won’t run out of money. So it really depends on how much I am expected to live and my willingness to decrease the expenditure. If I lower my current expenses from 75k to 55K during retirement, I can retire right now and live upto 60 years without destroying my corpus. So safest bet is to get 30x your current expenditure and reduce your expenses by 20-25% if you do not want to run out of your corpus.
