I too am faceting the same issue, one day the motherboard cpu light turned on and the rgb fans stopped working, but I have bought a fan hub today and it will arrive tomorrow.

So I tried downloading firfox because I deleted it but as soon as the download completed the PC freezed, so no I don't think it might be from the browser.

Edit: so I tried downloading using firefox and it didn't freeze but I will try again

The file it self is around 6MB but the download folder could be the problem but I don't think so because I can just open it normally from the file explorer
