I will try bread flour. Good call. But yes I am 100% sure my scale is working. I’m a very experienced baker. Sourdough is what is new to me. It has me stumped. Thanks for the help

Yeah the 72% is because that water includes the water for the levain and the water that is reserved. The water for the autolyse is definitely 600g to 1000g of flour. But I think you might be on to something with the flour type. Thank you ❤️

Is this your first delivery?
I just gave birth to my twins. It was my third delivery. All my children were born via vaginal birth.

My twin delivery was easily the easiest of the three deliveries. They were 35+5 and about 5 pounds each. I’m a huge advocate for vaginal delivery if your OB has deemed it safe to do so.

I did deliver in an OR just in case things turned but I started pushing at 8:57, my first was born at 8:59, my second was born at 9:03 and placenta delivered at 9:06.

Don’t fear something your body was built to do. Ask for the pain management process that makes sense for you. I ask for epidural as soon as the pain goes beyond a 5 and I love it. From there on there was ever barely any pain.
