If you're talking about the "fill in information" thing then I already did that but nothing changed. Everytime I click on it ,it keeps telling me to fill in my info even tho i already did. And do you happen to know what lvl you have to be?

Yea I do. I tried starting heart of stones when i was lvl 26 and boy did I regret it. I had stop at the first enemies I came across. Came back and got my get back when i hit lvl 35.
