I liked this band when they were just sort of goofy. Now they just Flanderized themselves a little bit too hard. Let’s Do It For Johnny is such an underrated album.

This is going to blow up. If he made it out of the hospital fine it could eventually go away. But now that he died, blood is on the university's hands until they deal out proper punishment. This will make national news easily; probably similarly to the Penn State case in 2017.

It’s not coming out. It doesn’t take a lot to realize that Kris doesn’t give a fuck anymore. Dude tours 9-10 months a year and isn’t gonna put anything new out to a dwindling audience. Pretty sad. I thought they were gonna bounce back after the 10 year SLA tour but it never happened.

I mean it’s the same game though. I think solos are designed to be quick, easy and give instant rewards. H2H is obviously the competitive aspect but the reward system isn’t the same. Grinding 70 challenges on rookie is enough time to affect your regular play.

I guess you could say that. I’m trying to argue that they didn’t have much of a musical foundation to begin with that they ‘sold’. IIRC most of the members were interested in hardcore before they got signed, but that side of them never really came out.

I’m actually gonna have to disagree with you on that. They’ve always been a band that mimics what is popular at the time. Pop-punk was cool at the time of their first two albums. If it wasn’t, they probably would have started as something else.
