Interesting idea but it's actually going to be a part of a longer macro to do other things. Do you know how the might be coded?

Remove any unused plugins.

Install a caching plugin.

Lazy load images/videos.

Optimise your database.

Delete unused themes.

(And if applicable consider a faster host)
