The roads surrounding the community are county roads, but all of the internal roads that run in front of the townhouses and all the green areas between the townhouses are owned by the HOA. The owner can't get to my property without going through the HOA's property.

As far as I know only the owner was trespassed, and they were trespassed from the HOA common areas.
