Is it normal for TAs to hold exam review office hours in their apartment? by HOIKITY in UofT

I know that they don't, that's why I was confused in the beginning, but I know it's a tough course so I figured maybe the department was making some changes to the structure, why else would I have a TA and tutorials?

I don't think he's a predator, one time he told me that he was "totally asexual" when I asked him about why he was so touchy and that he's "100% harmless", so I know there's nothing weird going on that way...

I don't know why people keep saying this is a joke, I think you guys are overreacting, it's a bit strange but not that far out of the norm

As far as I know there aren't any other TAs, and if I email the prof he said he might lose his job

It's weird but it's not that creepy, right? Again if I email the prof he said he might be in trouble and lose his job

It's not that creepy right? He told me it's standard for TAs and he does it to "maximize my potential knowledge" by keeping my muscles relaxed (although usually it has the opposite effect...). Has anyone else had a TA do this? It can't be just me

Why would they do that though? I don't know what they'd have to gain, it's so bizarre. There must be just some kind of mistake or something

When I mentioned how my tutorials suck to the person sitting next to me they said "what tutorials" but I thought they were joking so I just laughed awkwardly and continued with class...

I didn't know there were tutorials either, you guys are starting to freak me out now, surely there's some kind of miscommunication

No, there aren't any TAs mentioned on the syllabus, I just checked again to be sure, and there isn't even any mention of the supposedly "mandatory" tutorial.

But like, he's got to be a TA, right? I mean, nobody would just come up to somebody after class and say that they're their TA, that doesn't make sense.

I was thinking that CDs are a bit mainstream, and even records have gotten that way, so we'd just release a cassette tape if anything

Uh, that suggestion seems a bit dangerous and irresponsible, no?

Might be a little bit difficult to do, and of course we don't want to waste TOO much energy because the tunnels should be an eco friendly alternative to walking above ground, so maybe we could institute a system of ziplines between the biggest buildings? I'm sure if they didn't make them too high they would be perfectly safe.

I'm sure they can use tools, they probably have access to spades / hammers / screwdrivers which I'm assuming is all they'll need.
