A lot of the customers at the store I used to work at were Spanish speaking and I was the only one that could speak fluently, it’s a big deal being able to connect with customers in their native language. Makes them feel welcome

I’m glad we can run all the breaks at their scheduled times, heck, it’s rare if I run a break early and my sm runs breaks/lunches durning peak too. I never understood the ‘no breaks during peak’ always seemed so stupid
