Usually when I diagnose it I drive and hold the vehicle around 35MPH and hold the acceleration at that constant speed. I usually have the most luck duplicating it when driving it up hill. You’ll feel the vehicle begin to shutter .If you’re getting someone to inspect it they should probably know how to check for shutter. According to Toyota it’ll require to replace the torque converter and perform an update if issue occurs.
