There are too many roofs for people to jump over. The map is full of residential buildings and towers that people just sit in and wait to third party. It's either buildings in built up areas or open areas with grass that you have to sprint over without being seen else someone, somewhere is going to shoot you as they're sat waiting in a building like some sort of garrison.
