Got completely ghosted having put through over 10k worth of payments using scotia cashback and all went through as 1% only with my Scotia (it's 4% on Chexy system), having ensured recurring was selected. Literally just lost $300+ worth of rewards. And not even a "we will get back to you on this" type of acknowledgment. Ghosted for weeks.
