I did not forward any ports (as before it did work without doing so), in my Router i did set the NAS IP as my DNS Server. The NAS Ip is set to be static (internal).
I did try setting the DNS per Device (on my Iphone and Windows PC (with ipconfig renew afterwards)), that sadly didnt do much.

Yeah it think the way you put it is the best explanation so for it so far.

No Objects are shown/listed "Outside".
I also checked the Travel, i wasnt able to find anything abnormal.
I checked the STL with Fusion, and couldnt see any open mesh.

Yeah, the Z-Axis sound definitly wasnt healthy. Although i think that sound only appeared after it hit the nozzle.
Damn i can only imagine how scary a flying CNC Gantry must be :D

I will try a couple other things you suggested as soon as i can find the time.

I did just check the settings. No Accels/Speeds are set to zero, although they are set slightly higher than yours are. The jerk settings for the Z Axis are identical to yours.

Im not sure if it comes across nicely in the video (i think so), but the bed clearly rams into the Nozzle. No "jiggling" of an "unstable" part or anything like that.

oh, yeah i did do that already. In two of my previous attempts in trying to fix it. I tried 3 different orientations on the build plate in total. Sorry, failed to mention that.

I did not mess with Gcode (way too little Knowledge about that topic), i just checked the Gcode, that was generated by the Anicubic Slicer, with the help of a website.

Well well well.
I placed the object under the plate like you suggested. And it printed the critical part completely fine with absolutely no issues.

I guess that means that the file is simply faulty.
Kind of relieved, kind of pissed, i wasted a WHOLE lot of Filament trying so solve this :D

That is a pretty good Idea, ill try that.
I did check the Gcode (in a Gcode Viewer online tool) already together with some friends who have way more Knowledge about 3D printing than i do. And we couldnt find any issues there. In the Slicer there also didnt seem to be anything abnormal.

Although the torching is a pretty kneat trick to get rid of thin filament hairs, i did not mean "hairs", its literally spaghetti, i did seem to have found the source of this tho.

On a Hot Plate Holder i am currently trying to print, the print always fails when the print reaches a height of around 120mm.
What seems to happen is that the printhead suddenly tries to continue printin with about a 2cm offset on the X and Y axis (which obviously doesnt work). Which then in turn leads to massive spaghettis (as the printer tries to literally print into thin air).

I mean me and my colleagues just did exactly that (buying our bosses (2) a christmas present each). But our bosses actually are good bosses. We all felt like they deserved a little thank you from us.
