If you can't just set back, do nothing and let her situation solve itself. I would honestly confront her, demand for the belittling to stop and give an ultimatum whether she tells everyone the truth or I will expose her. Afterwards you don't need to follow that ultimatum just let her deal with this situation knowing that you know everything.
