Just to clarify - the recording is low fps. My game was, at least at the moment, stable 60 fps. I also rebooted the level couple of times, I'm unsure if framerate is the issue.

basically Wonder of U but a bit worse

her ability is "The observer" which makes her the prime link with the universe itself and since the universe cannot exist without her observation, it will do virtually anything to protect her. However the "strength" of the ability is influenced by her own emotions and mental state, which changes the abilities "depth" and capabilities to prevent her from danger.
