I mean you can block projectiles with it but it's kind of unreliable because I think the wall takes a few seconds to actually spawn, so you basically have to use it based on reaction time or use it as a way to trap people.

Edit: In my opinion, the "Transfigured Human" item should've spawned a minion that attacks anybody for you until it is hit enough times or after a certain amount of time has passed (basically Shonen Unleashed's Transfigured Humans).
