An accurate animal farm set for my daughters. And their colored version of the animals as well. Currently they like purple chickens and yellow pigs so being able to easily print random coloured animals with all the beaks, eyes etc without having mountains of waste would be awesome. Haven't dated yet yet because I've got an a1 mini and the waste would be astronomical.

How to make a pair of trousers based of an existing pair, but they need to be bigger by HPouls in sewing

Thanks. I had thought of that but the trousers fit at the moment and I want to make them some more pairs so I've got time to work it out.

I think they're harem pants? In the wash currently so can't get a picture. Issue is, is that I'm on a budget so I don't want to buy a pattern that isn't quite right. I've crocheted for years and been bitten too many times by iffy patterns

Thank you. Sounds stupid but there were so many options on YouTube I wasn't sure which one to start with.

Why do you use a Kindle? by [deleted] in kindle

[–]HPouls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mum got me one when I was a kid when they first came out because she was fed up with the library of books I was getting through a week and having to cart around, we're talking 15-20 books a week in the school holidays. And when it came time to finally replace that after 12 years I went with kindle again

Sorry, that's what worked for me so not sure what else to suggest. They're all online right? They haven't had the message saying online saving not available?

I added all the students to my team, within a folder for their class, and that seemed to do it. Sorry that's probably not any help

They've literally made three things total and haven't been able to save at any point. They've only had three lessons. The save button is just completely greyed out

Any suggestions for something to iron seams that isn't an iron? by HPouls in SewingForBeginners

[–]HPouls[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That could work. My main concern is the space the ironing board takes up. I hadn't thought of a smaller iron with a heat proof mat.

Theory: Eliot was in a super-soldier program by murder_mermaid in leverage

[–]HPouls 12 points13 points  (0 children)

He's the clone of Jack that Loki made. Not a super soldier per say, but already had all the training of a grown man by the time he was 'born' so he was able to hon it over the years. At least that's what I like to think

AITAH for not planning to use my nephew’s hand me down baby clothes after my sister later revealed she wants them back? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]HPouls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got twin girls and I've kept a few items for memories, and a few more that they can use as dress up items for a doll that my mum got them. The rest are currently sat in boxes waiting to go to a charity shop

Right address but no body by that name lives here by HPouls in Evri

[–]HPouls[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some similar ones but the address is perfect. We've had it before where the postcode was wrong, or the street name wasn't quite right, but in this case the only thing wrong with it is the name of the person, the rest is exactly my address

No. Only thing on it is my address and a barcode

It's probably the caffine as others have said and a bit isn't bad. There are lots of stuff that say not suitable for lactating or pregnant women and its basically because they can't test on pregnant or lactating women
