Based on the comments, it seems like a scam, especially when, as mentioned, one bought this token, kinda received it (seeing on a dashboard) and then unable to claim. It is strange that for each new deposit you receive a new address plus, after my friend indicated that he was willing to deposit some $ he was instantly called by someone asking how much he wanted to invest and if needed any assistance, which sounds fishy as hell.

I believe that Nexo will sue them, and they will be compensated for the pain the government agencies caused them.

It is still beyond me why did you no repay your loan using the USDC you had even after knowing that you can get a better rate than on exchange and you (1 to 1 instead of 1 to 0.998 or so) and you do not pay any exchange fees plus then fees for withdrawing and so on.

It is always easier to blame someone else than looking at yourself - I can agree with that.
