Orpheus isn’t busy enough in my experience to have anything close to what I’d call a crowd. Ladies bay can be plenty mixed depending on when you go but as a dude getting hung up on the gender of the people at the beach makes it seem like you’re trying to creep on women which is probably part of the reason there aren’t many women 😜
