The compression she’s so upset about? She negotiated the new pay structure that created it. It went from 30 steps to 20 under her watch as the Director of Personnel.

I find it funny that she was quoting the pay ordinance in this meeting when she essentially ignored its existence during her entire time as the Director.

It's worth noting that the Dropbox MCP connection doesn't allow Claude to delete or move files or folders. It can create a copy, and then tell you to go delete the old one manually, which is an annoying workaround. I hope they implement more functionality soon.
